F&R Installers Corporation is a construction company that has been in operation for 19 years. The company was established by its President, Ms. Barbara Foster, on November 27, 1987, and is incorprorated in the state of New York.

F&R Installers Corporation is certified as an M/WBE with the New York City School of Construction Authority, The Port Authority of NY&NJ, The Dormitory Authority, and Empire State Development Corporation. It is also certified as a DBE with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and New York State Department of Transportation.
